5. TOURNAMENT FORMAT
4-person scramble

6. GROSS AND NET COMPETITION
All teams may compete for Gross and Net awards. Gross standings use actual team score. Net standings use gross score minus the approved team Playing Handicap. A team cannot receive both a Gross and Net payout.
Players with an active and verifiable GHIN Handicap Index may receive handicap strokes for Net competition. Players whose GHIN Handicap Index cannot be verified may still participate but will receive a Playing Handicap of zero for tournament calculations. No verified GHIN means no handicap strokes.

Can we register before our full roster is complete?
Yes. A captain may register and pay the full $700 Per Team entry before the roster is complete. A team spot is reserved only after the full $700 payment is successfully completed or an authorized administrator manually confirms the reservation.
What if a player has no verified GHIN?
No verified GHIN means no handicap strokes. The player may still participate and receives a Playing Handicap of zero for Net calculations.
Can a team win both Gross and Net?
No. If a team qualifies for more than one payout, the team receives the higher-value prize and is removed from the other payout category.
Is the final format official?
The working format is shown for planning. It is official only after the Format Approval Status is Approved.
